Exam Gut Check

This class is a fully graded educational experience that includes test. If you have taken corporate online training before, you might be thinking that you can just click your way through quizzes and move on. If you think that, you would be as wrong as Charlie Murphy was about Prince being able to ball*.

The quizzes and exams form an integral part of your learning experience and I take them seriously. I'm a little Old Testament when it comes to tests. I believe that you need to prove that you learned something before you get handed a piece of paper that shows that you did.

That should not be confused with the idea that testing is the ONLY way to prove you learned something. You will also prove your knowledge and skill with a final project that you can show employers.

The quizzes are pulled from a DEEP question bank. The quiz material covers lectures, slides, and labs. You must pass exams before you are allowed to move on to the next lecture.

You cannot pass this class by simply reading this workbook, or just watching lecture, or just doing the labs. You have to do all three and take notes.

Do not be intimidated by tests. I am not here to fail anybody. Quite the contrary, I'm here to help you learn. Most tests are simply speed bumps to ensure you have mastered the material before you move on to something new. All test questions are true false or multiple choice.

You cannot fail out of this class. At worst, you can get stuck.
